Job description
- Design and develop GUI / web applications using Open source technologies
- Design and maintain relational databases
Job requirements
- At least two years development experience
- Excellent technical skills and a passion to learn more
- A good understanding of broad business processes and principles
- Excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Dynamic self-starter: highly motivated / enthusiastic / energetic
- Delivery-focused
- Analytical and objective, with attention to detail
- Technical degree essential: BSc (Comp Sci) / BCom (IS) / BTech (IT). Other relevant degrees, diplomas or certifications will also be considered.
Required technical skills
- PHP or ASP programming (essential)
- HTML / CSS / JavaScript knowledge (essential)
- SQL & database design (essential)
- Analysis and design skills
- Good understanding of Internet technologies

Junior Project Manager
Job description
- Work with Technical Manager and development team to scope, plan, create and maintain development project plans and schedules.
- Monitor, track, and report on progress against plans.
- Track key milestones and commitments and will ensure completion of milestones as scheduled.
- Allocate and monitor project tasks as well as support tasks.
- Liaise with clients to capture project requirements.
- Communicate requirements to project team
- Report on task / project dependencies, risks factors, and resource conflicts.
- Ensure successful implementation of project / support objectives and goals.
- Liaise with clients to ensure that customer expectations are met.
Required skills
- Have a qualification in Project management or similar
- Have at least 1 years experience as a Project Administrator / Project Manager on IT projects
- Experience with enterprise software and rapid development methodologies.
- Attention to detail and think holistically.
- Analytical and highly organized.
- Possess exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective working as part of a technical team
- Must be comfortable in a rapidly-changing environment.
