Enterprise DNS Hosting

Maxxor’s Enterprise DNS Hosting service provides the required DNS services to allow you to make full use of your broadband internet connection.

Domain Registration

If you do not have a domain, we will register your chosen domain name on your behalf and we will provide all the necessary technical services to power your domain. If you have en existing domain, we will transfer the domain to our servers. This will allow us to host your domain’s DNS records.

Dynamic DNS

Some types of internet connections make it difficult to run a dedicated mail server on your network:

• An internet connections that isn’t "always-on" eg. dial-up or ISDN.
• "Always-on" connections that do not have a static IP (most ADSL accounts)

Since your server's address will be continuously changing, we will install and configure a dynamic DNS client on your company server / router. This will connect to our DNS server and will keep track of your ADSL line's dynamic IP to ensure that other hosts on the Internet know your correct Internet address.

This service allows you to:

• Connect to your office network from the outside world
• Host your website and other services such as a on your server.
• Set up a VPN (Virtual Private Network) on your network
